A Fresh Start

This past summer I wrote a post which included the titles from a playlist we put together when Doug and I were hosting our first party. The theme of the party, and the title of the playlist, was Fresh Start.

We gave it that name because it represented a new beginning for us. The party took place shortly before I moved in with him and a new life began for the both us. We chose the songs carefully. It includes songs that for one reason or another characterize our relationship, our separate pasts,  and our future together.

The photo above is one interpretation of what the cover art might look like if this playlist was on an album.  A fresh start for all of us.
